Test case (web page, complete; zipped)

Hotwire.com mail message inside Yahoo! Mail, saved from Firefox 2.0.0.3 as "web
page, complete" format.

Note that input text field renders too wide.  Pop-up menus are still too
narrow.

Also note that the background of the input text field has turned yellow (even
in Safari).  This must be a side-effect of viewing/saving the message from
Firefox.
