Backgrounds are not included in the drag image. I don't think this bug as
anything to do with there being a background-image, though. It seems to be
about the selection rect being empty and some drag-image code not liking empty
rects. Another way to describe this bug is that there is a selection but you
don't see anything being highlighted.
