patch for implementing 'cols' attribute in <table> tag

It is found out that this issue is because of the 'cols' attribute in table
tag.
This is not handled in Webkit
I have made the changes in webkit code for implementing 'cols'. Please review
this patch and give the comments.
I have made the changelog and it is being uploaded
