This site uses browser-specific checks to determine whether to use
document.layers or not, and misidentifies Safari as MSIE. AFAIK, WebKit is not
going to support document.layers, so we need to ask the site authors to fix
their browser sniffing.

As a workaround, you can select Netscape 7 user agent from Safari debug menu.
