The black mask that appears when you inspect an element, does not disappear
when you switch to a different tab.

How to reproduced:

1. Open a website
2. Inspect an element - black mask appears
3. Open a new tab - black mask is incorrectly still there
4. Switch to the first tab - black mask is still there as it is supposed to be
5. Switch to the second tab - black mask is incorrectly still there
