open the test case "6.700.5410".


- Actual outcome:
The alt text is not displayed for the Image3. The broken image and alt text
both displayed for image4.
- Expected outcome:
ALT text must be displayed for image 3.

Similar problem was observed in the test case 6.700.5420. The broken image is
not displayed for image3.
