* REGRESSION
This is a regression since I managed to test the original Safari 2.0.4 (419.3)
with the original WebKit.framework, and this works in that version.

Note that this works in Firefox 2.0.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.4.9 (8P135).

In Opera 9.21, the pop-up window never appears even with "Pop-ups" preference
set to "Open all pop-ups".

It would be interesting to know what MSIE 6/7 does.
