I have the no-text-anywhere problem as well, but the file Fonts.plist does not
exist on my WinXP SP2 system. Checked in "C:\Documents and Settings\Tino
Didriksen\Local Settings\Application Data\Apple Computer\Safari" and
"C:\Documents and Settings\Tino Didriksen\Application Data\Apple
Computer\Safari" and ran a global search for it. Nowhere to be found.

I have 1331 fonts installed, some with fancy names such as
el_26font_brush_21_29.ttf's "<El&Font! Brush>" (yes, <> in the visual name).
