Saw the same ASSERT(!d->midLayout) after accidentally hitting the "Yahoo" link
in the Safari toolbar, then using Cmd-Left-Arrow to go back while the Yahoo
main page (www.yahoo.com) was still loading.

Oddly, Safari hung in such a way so that I couldn't attach via gdb or get a
stack trace through CrashReporter.
