I modified my system to provide bash as the sh implementation to see if it
could possibly work. Even here, it seems the modification in r21916 was not
correct. At the start of CSSGrammar.h, I now get:

\43ifndef CSSGRAMMAR_H
\43define CSSGRAMMAR_H

I do not see how this could ever have worked. It may be an idea to revert
r21916 and wait for a more readable version of the patch that does not involve
several levels of escaping and use of non-POSIX features.
