I have made an application that illustrates the problem:

-setWidth: (or setHeight:) on a DOMHTMLImageElement doesn't result in an update
of the image. Same problem with setSrc: See application at URL
(http://cocoastuff.com/WebKitTestCase-1.zip). This is also a problem on the
shipping version of WebKit, 419.2.1.
