Autofill is a Safari feature, not a WebKit one so the proper place to file this
would be at <https://bugreport.apple.com/>.

However, you say you're using Safari 2 and the nightlies are incompatible with
Safari 2's autofill.  Try upgrading to the Safari 3 beta, which fixed
compatibility with autofill and the nightlies and see if this still happens. 
If it does, please file a bug at the URL above.
