All URL's requiring Quick Time seem to be affected. I was just at
http://www.seminars.apple.com/seminarsonline/qt7/apple/index.html?s=203&locs
=us_en and it failed to load. I am using QuickTime 7.2. I am not familiar with
console, but am not able to find anything using "Safari" as a filter.

The actual dialog warning reads like the following; Unable to load plug-in The
page “Apple - Seminars Online - Capture, Create and Share Digital Media with
QuickTime 7 Pro” attempted to load an Internet plug-in named “QuickTime Plug-In
7.2”, but the plug-in failed to load successfully.
