The most simple example is the following:
svn mv Bakefiles Foofiles
WebKitTools/Scripts/svn-create-patch

The resulting patch will remove all of Bakefiles but will not create Foofiles
or any other commands. So it is highly likely svn-create-patch can't track or
wrongly tracks moving.

WebKit is from ToT and version of svn is Version 1.4.3 (r23084)
