Steps to reproduce:

1. type something into a textarea
2. hit ctrl-enter inside written text

Actual result: ctrl-enter works as enter
Expected result: nothing happens

Used software: Safari 3 on Leopard WWDC-beta (build 9A466), Safari 3.0.2 on
Windows XP
