On a dutch website that contains a lot of information about my provider (@Home
Netherlands) I could find a way to determine the optimal MTU size. I adjusted
it in the router and the problem seems to be fixed, but I don't want to say
this to early. If it doesn't work, I will also change the setting on my Macs. I
will report back on the later because I have no clue if this will work or not.

Thanks for your help.
