But attention:
After set a local stylesheet file in Safari on Windows also change the
WebKitPreferences.plist !

i.e.:
<key>WebKitUserStyleSheetLocationPreferenceKey</key>
<string>file://C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Alexander\Eigene
Dateien\Safari_ad_blocking.css</string>
<key>WebKitUsesPageCachePreferenceKey</key>

Safari on Windows set a wrong string in the options file.

I don't know that this error is known. This wrong set can also create a Safari
crash.
