Pixel failures, classified (not including SVG)

This suggests that for non-SVG tests, an acceptance threshold can be set at or
slightly above 10, provided that 10 or so problematic tests are changed (to not
use Arial, animated and other problematic GIFs or unpredictable caret
visibility).
