Okay. Actually this tests documents a difference between CSS21-CR and the most
recent WD, where the recent WD has been changed to match Firefox(!).

So the current behavior is compliant with the old Candidate Recommendation and
with Opera, but not with Firefox. Previous cases like this have ended in a
compromise, so it hard to say how this is going to end.
