Confirmed with locally-build debug build of WebKit r18824.  JavaScript console
error:

NOT_SUPPORTED_ERR: DOM Exception 9

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open URL: http://www.fckeditor.net/nightly/browsers_test.html
2. Click Template icon.
3. Uncheck "Replace actual contents" checkbox.
4. Click one of the three templates.
