Try removing all the Haxies and InputManager hacks you have installed.  Most
crash stacks have at least this in them, if not more:

 0x19b5000 -  0x19b7fff com.unsanity.menuextraenabler 1.0.3    
/Users/nicholas/Library/InputManagers/Menu Extra Enabler/Menu Extra
Enabler.bundle/Contents/MacOS/Menu Extra Enabler
