Okay, I'm able to reproduce it using Personal Web Sharing and Attachment 6478
as my CGI script!

Interestingly enough, when I follow the same steps on http://validator.w3.org/
that reproduce the bug locally, I don't get the hang.  (There are also other
differences, like receiving 5 RST packets from validator.w3.org instead of just
one from the local web server.)  I definitely need a refresher on the TCP/IP
protocol to understand what's going on!

I'll try to post steps to reproduce here soon (probably tomorrow).
