I'm on a wireless connection, and had the problem consistently until we
disabled keep-alive. Also, the problem (for us, at least) was when people would
access our site over the Internet. I did manage to duplicate the problem once
locally, using lighttpd as the server. I'm in the middle of a bunch of stuff
right now, but when my plate clears up I'll try and get that environment going
again, to test.
