Summary: REGRESSION: Select menu appearing in completely wrong
                    place
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 420+
          Platform: Macintosh
               URL: http://www.apple.com/
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: WebKit Misc.
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: kevin at rhubarbproductions.com

When I click on the select menu at the very bottom of the apple home page, the
resulting menu appears way up at the top of my screen. It only appears to fail
when the height of my browser can see the select menu upon initial load (screen
res is 1600x1024). If the window is shorter (even resizing after loading) and I
scroll to reveal the select menu it works as expected. Resizing the window back
to full height causes it to draw incorrectly again.
