Resizing right-aligned textarea moves the left edge

In the attached test case, try resizing the textarea.  It looks pretty weird
when the left edge moves as you drag the lower-right corner.

Maybe we need to do more than just change the width / height when resizing. 
I'm not exactly sure how this would work, but maybe we can somehow keep the
top/left corner pinned to the position where it started.
