Go to the page in question or open the attached web archive (saving as full web
page in Firefox doesn't show this issue). You will notice that all the menus
are open all the time, while they only should open on mouse over.

This is a regression from released Safari. The bug has been there for a while,
today I saw it using nightly r19524.
