performing these steps will result in no history:

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a new blank browser window
2. go to google.com/ig -->check your back button, mine has one entry, [Google]
3. go to yahoo.com --> check your back button, mine has 2 entries:
[about:blank], [Google] 
4. press the back button --> forward button is dimmed, back button has 2
entries [http://www.google.com/calendar/hello] [Google]

* RESULTS
expected: after step 4 i should have Yahoo.com available as a choice for the
forward button.

I can't reproduce this with ToT (19238) - I asked Alice to update and try again

updated to 19239 and still occurs.  

I'll be happy to punt this if there's another person that can't reproduce this
on Tiger TOT.

Stephanie can repro (more or less) with 19131.  the actual strings in her
history are different than what i stated, but the overall result of going back
from yahoo.com and not having a forward history item she also experiences.
