Clearly it doesn't work in 3.04.  The first one is a valid cursor w/ hotspot. 
It should show the help cursor.  The second two should fail to parse, and I
guess then show the default cursor.  Instead, all 3 show the last cursor in the
cursor list.  Which is somewhat valid behavior, but clearly not what the test
is looking for.
