Go to bug url - text on buttons is too low.  Can't compare to Firefox, as its
widgets have text always fixed in the center.  Also not sure if some css rule
has caused this, as I'm useless in interpreting css, but inspecting the button
seemed to suggest all margins and padding was intended to be symmetric.

Tested in r28979 on 10.5.1.  Not a regression from release Safari on Leopard,
but unable to test Safari 2.0x on Leopard to see it that's different.
