It seems to be related to some Moodle installation.  I am using at least two of
them and only one shows this problem.  When I am doing the evaluation of a task
and pick on "Save my answers" button (I don't know how is it in english), it
reloads with the typical two garbaged chars instead the correct utf8 spanish
letter.  Then, if you manually change the text codification to UTF8, the
problem disappears yet although you send new "Save my answer" and reloading the
page.
