The attached patch extends the Cairo backend, namely providing the missing
implementations for:
* GraphicsContext::clipOut(const Path&)
* GraphicsContext::clipOut(const IntRect&)
* GraphicsContext::clipOutEllipseInRect(const IntRect&)
* GraphicsContext::fillRoundedRect
