Font sizes look different for Japanese Hiragana compared to Chinese characters
and alphabets. The title of the page on Safari's window has the same problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to the above URL (or any site with Japanese text)

tested with Safari 3.0.4 (523.13) Windows XP SP2
