We need to use NPOBJECT and JAVASCRIPTCORE_BINDINGS in the gtk+ build as well,
as a prerequisite for plug-ins. This patch adds these WTF_USE_ defines to
config.h and implements a required method in the FrameGtk implementation of
WebCore::Frame.
