The RSS reader dose not support the RTL text layout(Arabic, Persian Hebrew,
Urdu, etc) in both Safari and the Mail. 
While the RTL text are displayed perfectly OK in Safari, Mail and Webkit , It
seems that the RSS reader in these programs ignore the HTML tag <div
align="right" dir="rtl"> etc. 
Same RSS feed look perfectly OK in the Internet Explorer version 7 for Windows.

All the RSS feed for RTL text should be aligned to right side of page and the
text flow should 
be also Right to Left.
