this is one of the most frequently requested features on the safari forums:
single window mode, with the option to allow resized popups.

i tried patching this myself using:
WindowProtoFuncOpen: in webcore/bindings/js/kjs_window.cpp
FrameTree::find in webcore/page/FrameTree.cpp

but couldn't get it quite right.
