I'd love to see a patch that made this all simpler. Unfortunately things can't
be quite as simple as they once were, as Safari now no longer delay-loads
WebKit and so can't support an option like /frameworkPath: to specify where to
load WebKit.dll from. This is all in Windows' hands now, hence the setting of
PATH.
