Summary: Spinning beachball-of-death in History menu
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 525+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh PowerPC
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: History
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: Mly at POBox.COM

Hey, sorry if this is a Safari bug and not a Webkit problem.
If I sent it to the wrong place I'm sure you're grown-ups enough
to forward it instead of making me do more unpaid work for Apple, right?

Anyway, selecting the History menu item and then going to one of the earlier
days submenus results in EXTENDED spinning-beachball-o-death catatonia.
I don't know if this is because it is pulling in those stupid web site icons
(which would REALLY annoy me, BTW -- browsing my history shouldn't
result in net activity for any number of reasons) or something else, but my
machine freezes for tens of seconds (ie tens of billions of CPU instructions)
at a time when I do this.

Example Activity Monitor.app backtrace attached
