- Steps to reproduce: 
1. Open browser.
2. Enable minimap: Options -> Settings/Preferences -> General -> Mini map "On"
3. Go to some url, i.e. to http://www.iltalehti.fi
4. Move cursor to left and right, up and down.

- Actual outcome: Mini map is not seen. 

<Reason:> If Mini map is supported, then minimap settings is available.
Otherwise, the setting shouldn't be there.
