I've setup my Safari 3.0.3 for Windows installation to loading empty page after
opening new window/tab. 

Using latest nightly Webkit r25258 I've noticed serious regression. After
opening new window/tab Safari renders screenshot of current screen state
instead of a blank page.

Reproduction:

1. Download and run latest nightly Webkit for Windows.
2. Setup Safari in menu Edit -> Preferences -> New windows open with: empty
page
3. Open new tab/window with menu File -> New tab/window function 
4. Notice behaviour described above.

Expected result:
Safari should load blank page

Current result:
Safari renders screenshot of current desktop state which it's very very
irritating.
