I'll attach here a patch from Riku Voipio for better support of the various ARM
ABIs.

The rationale is as follows:
- WTF_PLATFORM_MIDDLE_ENDIAN is something oldabi specific.
- For ARM EABI, struct packing rules are the same as on other architectures
- There is also a big-endian ARM port.
