Movie of scroll bars flashing

This happened after probably 10-12 attempts to load the page.  It doesn't
happen every time--seems to be related to the hard drive image not loading
right away combined with the page elements (About Us | Environment | News |
Careers)  that get pushed to the right of the page, creating a horizontal
scroll bar.
