Visit the above URL.  Notice how the navigation bar has misaligned entries. 
This is due to the text of 5th bubble wrapping (at a euro character - #8364). 
The page renders fine in FF2 and IE7.

Reduced test case coming up.

Tested in Safari 2.0.4 (419.3), and Safari with a trunk WebKit.  Both exhibit
this behavior.
