- Use case:
Browsing to a secure site.

- Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Browser > Options > Navigation options > Go to web address. 
2. Type 'http://www.gmail.com' and press left-soft key (Go to). 

- Actual outcome:
There is a confirmation query:  'You are about to view pages over a secured
connection; any information you share with the site cannot be viewed by anyone
else.'
Title area is displayed on the UI even though there is no title.

- Expected outcome:
There is a confirmation query:  'You are about to view pages over a secured
connection; any information you share with the site cannot be viewed by anyone
else.'
There is no title area as there is no title.
