The form looks the same to me in Safari 3 Public Beta v. 3.0.3 on Windows as it
does in Firefox 2.0.0.4 on Windows and IE 7 (other than our Aqua form
controls). I don't see any yellow parts of the form in any of these browsers. I
tried submitting an incomplete form in all the browsers and got the same result
in each -- error messages explaining what I needed to fill out, the incomplete
information still in the form, and all the form elements looking identical to
before form submission. Perhaps there is some other step required to reproduce
this bug that I'm missing?

This PDF issue is known and recorded in <rdar://problem/5268454>
