Clearly the WebKit nightly builds cannot function without Safari on the system,
but that situation should not result in a crash.  To fix this crash I would
need to see a crash log.  If none are in the usual place
(~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter, as Dave mentioned) then you should be able to
copy-n-paste it from the dialog that appears when an application crashes.  When
you are informed that an application has unexpectedly exited, you are given the
option to "Report" the crash.  Clicking on this button will present you with a
text area that contains the crash log, and a second for further comments.  Copy
and paste the former into a text file, then attach it to this bug report.
