Note that form autofill not working in nightlies/locally built webkit is by
design.  See

for more information on that.

Since it would generally be difficult/slow to arrange a test account with this
site and you have a good grasp on it being broken in ToT but working in Safari
2.0, maybe you could spend time regressing the appearance of this problem using
the nightlies, to narrow in which range of revisions this broke?
