* SUMMARY
Focus ring won't always draw correctly around a select list box that is
displayed in a nested table. This problem was first found at
http://www.siteexperts.com/html/formSelect.asp. I have a reduced test case.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With TOT Webkit NB r16463, open select_focus_issue.html
2. Mouse down and choose "Select me !" so that a focus ring appears
3. Press the Tab key so that focus ring appears around select list box.
4. Notice only the top portion of this list box draws with a focus ring

* RESULTS
Entire select list box should appear with focus ring

* REGRESSION
Yes, this works correctly in stock 10.4.7
