This script assumes that WebKit would add window.HTMLElement and
window.HTMLFormElement at the same time, but this didn't happen - we now have
the former, but not the latter (same issue with HTMLInputElement,
HTMLTextAreaElement, HTMLSelectElement).

Still, this is technically a regression, so upgrading to P1.
