I got a recent tree, svn updated it, ran install-win-extras

Then i used Visual Studio, opened Spinneret.sln and compiled. They gave an
error that they couldn't copy the icu DLLs from the appropriate configuration
directory.

I manually copied them to ${WebKitOutputDir}/debug and
${WebKitOutputDir}/release and that fixed it.

Please look into this.
