I made this change deliberately, although happy to discuss it.  Labels are
supposed to (conceptually) behave like the labels in dialogs, and those labels
are not typically selectable.  Note that the cursor when over a label is no
longer a caret either, to help denote that this is a clickable element.

Firefox also changes the cursor to not display a caret, but then allows the
text of the label to be selected.  I found this behavior to be inconsistent.
